Calamari (500g)
Cornstarch (150 or as much as needed)
Green Onion (2 stalks)
Jalapeno (1 Pepper)
Red Bell Pepper (⅓ of a pepper or as much as you’d like)
Chicken Powder (½ tsp)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Marinade
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
White Pepper (¼ tsp)
Shaohsing Wine (1 Tbsp)
Egg (1)
