On 26 April 2020, President-designate Ambassador Zlauvinen delivered a video message on the Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). He highlighted that the decision to postpone Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons due to the Covid-19 pandemic was not easy - but necessary.
