Update: I noticed the product description says a quick release plate is included. While it is a "plate," it is not quick release. It takes a minute to screw the plate on and it is not "quick release" (with the little flip lever on the side) like this plate: [[ASIN:B007ZK3BQS Neewer BestDealUSA Camera Quick Release Assembly and Sliding Plate Mount-Black]].

✏️ Plus Bonus Top 5 Beau Thoughts:
1⃣ Surprisingly simple to setup. Note: You will need an existing tripod to mount this on. Make sure it's a sturdy one.
2⃣ Favorite part: The incredibly smooth, easy ability to pan up and down, and with a fluid head tripod, pan side to side. It's virtually a one-hand operation once it's setup.
3⃣ Lightweight. Made from carbon fiber, the telescoping poles compact down into a long bag (included). I do wish the bag was bigger so you didn't have to squish everything in. Note: Don't force the zipper or the zipper will break. Thankfully there are two zippers, one on each end because I ended up pulling the zipper off trying to close it.
4⃣ Counter weights (included) are enough for my Canon 70D (about 3-4 lb camera, glass included).
5⃣ High quality machined parts. Nothing "stuck" and everything was smooth on/off. Very impressed with this crane.
Hope this is helpful! Note the company sent me this product to demonstrate on video and offer my personal opinion. I don't work for them, nor am I paid anything that might sway my personal opinion of this product's performance.
📍 Bottom line: would I recommend this product to one of my friends?
👍 Yes, absolutely. Delivers a cinematic angle, just give it a few minutes to setup; it's not for the running-and-gunning videographer... you need some time to patiently set it up!
