In March 2015 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to improve pediatric cardiac care in Romania between the Romanian Ministry of Health, the ‘Grigore Alexandrescu’ Emergency Pediatric Hospital, Gift of Life International, Rotary District, Romania, Rotary Israel, the Wolfson Medical Center and Save a Child’s Heart. The film is in Romanian.
