today i am sharing perfect recipe of vati dal na khaman and chatni(kadhi) here i have learned from kandoi and tben shared this recipe so friends every time when you make vatidal khaman follow all steps carefully so you will get perfect result …. then vaghar made khaman so delicious and with kadhi its awesome so friends try out this recipe and here are all ingredients:
vati dal na khaman:
1.5 cup chana dal
1/4 tsp citric acid
2 tbsp ginger chilly paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp hing
salt to taste
1/2 tsp baking soda
vaghar :
7 to 8 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard
2 pinch of hing
green chilly
kashmiri red chilly powder
kadhi recipe:
1 cup water
2 tbsp besan
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
2 pinch of hing
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sugar
