4 x Phillips screws on the backside of GPU
3 x Phillips screws on Front IO (Where display ports are)
Pull from the PCIe slot up, after you have wiggled the GPU a little bit to try and break the bond between the heatsink and thermal applications.
Be careful to not break the 4 pin fan connectors, there are two of them.
To then remove the backplate from the PCB, there are 8 screws total, 2 of them which hold the IO shield on.

I just need to replace the thermal paste and inspect the PCB to see what is going on, and since this video was recorded the Zotac GPU has been behaving... However, no idea what the actual issue was, considering it is at the same clocks and settings.
