Delivering judgment in the mock admissibility hearing: Delivery of the mock judicial determination on the admissibility of a piece of open source evidence in a fictional trial, following the mock admissibility hearing held on Friday 19 February.
Note: the piece of open source video shown is real footage of an airstrike in Yemen. The majority of the remainder of this exercise is purely fictional for the purposes of emulating a mock hearing on this issue.
