I post a Workout of the Week every Wednesday and it will always be a workout that you can do without (or with easy to get by) equipment!
This week we are doing 'Death by Burpees'. It's a great fitness test in which you add more reps every minute, until you can't beat the clock.
I recommend logging all your workouts and results, as this can work as a great motivator in the future!
Think of your own health and safety while doing anything. If you are questioning your form or if something is hurting, please do not force anything but consult a local functional fitness coach and/or doctor before you move on. Always warm up before you do a workout.
