Recipe:
-Morning glory/Ganggong, big bunch
-Garlic, 7-8 cloves/small Thai garlic, coarsely crushed
-Chicken, pork or vegetable stock, 1 teaspoon
-Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
-Fish sauce (or soy sauce), 1 teaspoon
-Water, a few teaspoons,
-Vegetable oil, a few tablespoons
Tips:
1) Fry garlic in hot oil at low heat until golden and aromatic
2) Increase to high heat, add Morning glory and seasoning sauce. Stir fry quickly.
3) If vegetables don`t get heat evenly it will be brown rather than green
4) Make and serve immediately before eating
5) using oil extracted from lard for stir frying instead of oil will elevate the taste.
