Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted ½ Cup (125g)
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Zeera (Cumin seeds)
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter,sugar & beat well until creamy.
-Add pink salt,cumin seeds,baking powder,eggs & beat well.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix gently,gather the dough & knead dough with help of your palm until smooth dough is formed.
-Divide the dough into 2 portions,take one portion & make a smooth ball.
-Spread clean plastic sheet over it & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Sprinkle cumin seeds & roll gently.
-Cut round dough with the help of 2-inch round cutter (coated with all-purpose flour) & place them in a baking tray lined with butter paper (makes 35-36).
Option # 1: Oven Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes (on both grills).
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on low flame for 18-20 minutes.

-Bowl mein makhan aur cheeni dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Pink salt,zeera,baking powder aur anday dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Maida dal ker gently mix karein,dough ko gather ker lein aur palm ki madad sa ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko 2 portions mein divide ker lein,ek portion lein aur smooth ball bana lein.
-Clear plastic sheet rakh dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Zeera chirak dein aur gently roll ker lein.
-2-inch round cutter (coated with all-purpose flour) ki madad sa rounnd dough cut ker lein aur baking tray lined with butter paper per rakh dein (makes 35-36).
