Welcome to a short 12 minute daily stretch routine. These floor stretches with a view was recorded on a mini-vacation in lovely Vancouver. The view was beautiful so I thought I would share it with you in a stretching video. Grab a mat or sit on your carpet or rug and go through these stretches to improve your mobility and flexibility. For those who need to stretch from a chair, a chair routine will be uploaded next week. I haven't forgotten you!
