Here is a great Mounted Triangle Choke done by one of the best in the business, Marcelo Garcia.
It works well when you have the cross face & underhook controls so you can pick your opponent up, as explained in this video with 2 live examples, Marcelo Garcia Vs. Leo Vieira and William Tackett Vs. Justin Renick.

Not the easiest one, but very effective :)
