The Nigerian military is set try 97 more soldiers for alleged offences ranging from mutiny to indiscipline.
Among the soldiers to be tried are 15 senior officers.
A General Court Martial will begin hearing October 15.
About two weeks ago another court martial handed death sentences to twelve soldiers after finding them guilty of mutiny and attempting to kill their commanding officer.
There have widespread complaints of indiscipline and sabotage within the Nigerian military, which experts say are undermining the country’s fight against the Boko Haram insurgency.
