Recently, Vice president of India Jagdeep Dhankar inaugurated the two-day All India Presiding Officers' 83rd Conference at Rajasthan Legislative Assembly in Jaipur. On this occasion, the Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, the Speaker of Lok Sabha, the Governor of the state along with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also participated in this conference. During this, a new compilation of the addresses of the Presidents, published by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, was released. Along with this, “Naye Aayam”, a compilation of speeches given in six conferences organised by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Rajasthan branch was also released. On this occasion, the speaker, deputy speaker, Legislators and Officers of various Legislative Assemblies of the country were present.
At the event, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the decisions taken in Rajasthan in the meaningful discussion of the presiding officers of the country will bring far-reaching results. It will play an important role in the all-round development of the country. At the same time, he said that by taking a pledge to further strengthen democracy, we have to protect the Indian Constitution.
