The travel industry is expected to boom soon as countries remove COVID-19 restrictions within the next few years. Now is a good time to consider getting into travel if this is something you’ve always wanted to do, or if you are looking for a profitable work from home option. If you are based in the US, you have the option of joining a host travel agency. Partnering with a host is a good idea, especially when you are new to the business. In this video we will guide you in 3 steps on how to start your very own travel agency from home.
Look out for our tutorial on how to create your own website, a useful tool for a home business. However it is important to note that you do not need your own website to start a travel agent business. Social media will be a better marketing tool for you.

Some countries do not have the option of partnering with a host agency, but there is usually an association or a course you must take to qualify as a travel agent. There will usually be an organisation too that can offer a guide and perhaps even resources to help you get started. Check your country’s legal requirements before making any investments.
