In this video, I will show you how to countdown the number of days remaining to a particular event. To achieve this in a way that will automatically update whenever you open the workbook, use the TODAY() function. If you want to countdown the number of working days, rather than calendar days use the NETWORKDAYS function or a combination of the two.

This is important especially when you want to setup an Excel Template for alerts on due dates for specific tasks on your project.
