Personal Work order are more appealing as you can ensure that the crafter have the skills requires to craft a higher level quality item. But you need to find them first using the trade chat.

So the only challenge is to wait in trade chat for them to send them a link with their profession skills. But tbh, it's pretty fast and easy once you get used to it. You will recieve many request and many whispers. Choose 1 person and use their in-game name and type it in the name box area. Make sure you have your mats ( higher level mats is always recommended ).

Public worker doesn't garantee you a higher quality mats. Personal WO can be configured to request a min quality request ( Ex: 5 star quality ).

You also save gold from purchasing in Auction House. Just make sure you give a good TIPS for the work request. Giving low amount of Gold may result in "nobody" wanting to craft it. Cheers ^^
