So, this next exercise is a wrist mobility, and what we're going to do, are called wrist pumps. I'm going to take my fingertips, put some tension through there. I'm going to feel that tension through my finger to my knuckle, down to my palm, and just roll into it, and right back off. So, in real time, it looks like this.
Now, if I pretend my hands are on a clock, I'm going to walk my right hand out to six, and from here, counterclockwise back down. So, I'm going to pump a few right here. The whole time, I'm going to feel that tension flossing through that carpal tunnel up to that elbow. Now, I can't quite get past 7:30, right there, on either hand. But what we're looking for is kind of moving and grooving all of those tendons going through there into the fingertips, all the way back up to here. This is a good warmup for doing anything repetitive, like typing. And so, what you want to do, is you want to do about five or six in each direction two or three times a day.
