Lionheart is the only major addition to the Gunbreaker rotation in level 100, and technically it's 3 GCD combo will only replace the 3 burst strike GCDs from Bloodfest every 2 minute burst window, that way GNB will not experience a major change in their rotation. This is also why it rather makes sense to play slow GNB with 2.50 GCD to get it as close as possible with the previous level 90 rotation meta.

With that being said, i still think the 9 GCD NM will be a thing, depending on the BiS later on. If that's the case, I will be cooking fast GNB too later on.
