Shel Talmy is on the Rockonteurs podcast. This week Guy and Gary chat to one of the men who shaped the sound of the 60’s – the legendary producer

Shel produced hits like ‘You Really Got Me’ for The Kinks and ‘My Generation’ for The Who. He came to London in 1962 for a holiday and ended up getting a job producing some of the defining hits of the decade, working with a young David Bowie and also a band who influenced the sound of Britpop, The Creation.
