Ingredients:
1 cup Roasted Til (White Sesame Seeds)
1 cup Chikki Jaggery
1/4 cup Grated Dry Coconut (Roasted)
1/4 cup Peanuts (Roasted)
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tsp Ghee
Recipe:
1. Roast the til & grated coconut separately.
2. Heat ghee in a pan
3. Add the jaggery. When it begins to melt, add the sugar.
4. Cook on a low flame for 5 mins.
5.Add the til, coconut, roasted peanuts, cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Remove this mixture on a greased plate.
7. Pat it using a spatula and cut squares.
8. Let it set for an hour.
