Appropriate for April Fools Day, I went all the way to Mount Pleasant and Lawrenceburg on the Tennessee Southern to see one switcher that did nothing but switch out baretables. Afterwards, I got I126-30 near Cornersville and got a sun beam in the shot, so that was fail number two. Then came this Q648-31 (446 axles, 104 cars), which would've been perfect except for me tilting my camera to avoid getting my dad in the shot and that freakin' camera tick that pisses me off.
As for the lashup, this was probably a catch of the year though I was already too disappointed in the day. The last three units would be sent to UP for horsepower hours.
