Breaking News: Manish Sisodia will be brought before a court in Delhi by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday after the AAP leader was detained in judicial custody and taken into custody on Thursday at the national capital's Tihar Prison in connection with the CBI's investigation into suspected corruption and irregularities in the case involving the Delhi Excise Policy. On Friday, a Delhi court will hear Sisodia's bail request in the CBI case. The agency is also looking into the former deputy chief minister of Delhi for possible violations of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), including the alleged alteration and destruction of cellphones in his possession, as well as the timeline and decisions he made while serving as Delhi's excise minister.
