१/२ कप सौंफ /1/2 Cup Fennel seeds
१/२ कप अलसीके बीज/ 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds
१/४ कप अजवाइन / 1/4 Cup Carom Seeds
२ नींबूका रस / 2 Lemon Juice
१ चम्मच काला नमक/ 1 Tspn Black Salt
१/२ चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर / 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
१/२ चम्मच हींग पाउडर / 1/2 Tspn Asafoetida powder
