In November 2017, a team of International Crisis Group senior staff visited Lebanon, accompanied by members of its Council and Ambassador Council. This video follows the group and the reactions of its members as they examined the challenges facing the country’s 1.5 million Syrian refugees, the strains their presence is putting on the 4.5 million Lebanese, and how the country is coping on the crossroads of rising Middle East tensions.
