Tehelka magazine Editor Tarun Tejpal has been accused of raping and assaulting a colleague. His laywer said that his client was charged with rape, sexual harassment and wrongful restraint, to which Tejpal pleaded not guilty.
A female colleague who worked with Tarun in Tehelka had accused him of sexually assaulting her in Goa. She said Tejpal had assaulted her inside an elevator of a five-star hotel during a conference organised by Tehelka.
