A young protester interrupted a presidency event at COP28 in Dubai on Monday as United National officials urged climate talks to push harder for an end to fossil fuels.
Licypriya Kangujam, a 12-year-old environmental activist from India, appeared holding a sign and shouting "end fossil fuels now."
