Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup (150 gm)
Eggs: 4 medium sized
Caster Sugar: 1 cup (225 gm)
Butter: 7/8 cup (200 gm)
Ground Almonds: 1 cup (100 gm)
Green Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
Rose Water: 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
Lemon Zest: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp (incase of using unsalted butter)
For the topping
Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
Green Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Orange juice: 3-4 Tsp
Orange Zest: 1/2 tsp
Pistachio Slivers: 2-3 Tsp
Dried Rose Petals: 1 Tsp
Rose Jam: 1-2 Tsp (optional)
Fresh Rose Petals (optional)
Greased and floured 9inch Bundt pan.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 for 40-50 mins or till the tester inserted comes out clean. My oven is fan-forced.
