I was trying to find this setting for AGES! I turned toggle off because somehow I would fat finger the toggle button on my keyboard and not know what caused it xD I now see use for it though, which upon learning can help you secure many kills. As stated in the video, this setting can only be found in-game, and not on the client settings =)
