In Self-Discovery (Purification), ego-driven patterns and attachments are examined and cleansed, reflecting practices like shadow work and karma purification found in Hinduism and Jungian psychology.
The seven stages of enlightenment represent a universal spiritual roadmap found in sacred texts, mystical traditions, and esoteric teachings throughout history. Each stage signifies a profound transformation of the soul as it journeys toward divine union, transcending ego, and awakening to its eternal nature. This progression reflects the sacred truths of Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism, and more, unveiling a timeless and universal path to liberation.
The journey begins with Awakening, where dissatisfaction with material existence ignites a yearning for deeper truth. This echoes the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths, identifying the root of suffering in attachments, and Christ’s teaching in Matthew 6:33 to “seek first the kingdom of God.” The soul embarks on Self-Discovery (Purification), confronting ego-driven patterns, negative habits, and attachments. These stages, from awakening to transcendence, reveal the universal path to liberation, bridging the mystical wisdom of Rumi, the Taoist embrace of wu wei, and the Gnostic call for self-knowledge. They illuminate the soul’s sacred journey toward cosmic harmony, divine union, and the realization of its eternal, boundless nature.
