I was asked the other day what was my 'top rotator cuff exercise', well I don't have ONE but I do have FOUR 'top' or more 'favourite' rotator cuff exercises that are tried and tested over many, many years and 1000's of patients, including myself with my own rotator cuff surgery.
In order for a rotator cuff rehab or strengthening workout purpose, these are:
1️⃣ 1 Arm Scapula Press - 4 point / ball
2️⃣ Internal Rotation 90 deg - double band / ROM
3️⃣ External Rotation 45 Deg
4️⃣ Scaption - dumbell
