With several projects in the works, we found that we were spending a bunch of time going back and forth to our wire wheel bench grinder to knock the scuzz off of all the various fasteners and bits of hardware we were handling.
With that we decided to pick up a cheap Harbor Freight Ultrasonic Cleaner with the hope of being able to toss in a handful of bits and let science to the scrubbing while we did more important stuff.
Here's how it stacked up against our traditional method of cleaning with an assortment of grungy nuts and bolts.
