A salmon pie was a weekly dinner staple at my house growing up and this easy recipe delivers one of the best salmon pies ever. I love the taste of savory so I'm not sure if it's the combination of salmon and savory together that makes this one of my favorites. My mom like many mothers at the time didn't really follow recipes so this is as close as I could get but if you love salmon and mashed potatoes, putting them into a pie is the next logical step!
