Today we are going to make Homemade Crispy Chicharon or Pork Grinds, since we do not have a lot of sun shine in our place right now, we are going to Dry them using our Oven with 200 degrees, 2 hours a day and for 4 days, best way to dry them properly is to do 1 hour in the morning let it rest and do 1 hour in the evening ( 9am - REST - 6PM ) and let it rest overnight and do the same the next morning, deep fried in canola oil until golden brown or until the pork skin turns into chicharon. enjoy this simple and easy dish or snack and serve with Vinegar.
Ngayon po ay magluluto or gagawa tayo nang Chicharon, na hindi natin ginamitan nang araw para mag patuyo, ang gamit natin ay Oven Dry sa temperatura na 200 degrees sa loob nang 3 araw. sa huli ay napaka lutong nang chicharon natin na masarap isawsaw sa suka at sabayan nang alcohol at gawing pulutan.
