So with the Royal Mail wanting to swap over to barcoded postage stamps they were planning invalidate older stamps for 1st Feb 2023. Using one of the RM application forms I sent off £175 worth of "old" stamps and waited for 7 days (their expectation to complete the swap). I waited a few more weeks, made some complaints. Eventually I got results about a month after applying.
