Need help troubleshoot what is the problem when the light "problem detected" is on. I have cleaned the cell, the electrical pin connections on top is not damaged or missing. This is my 4 or 5 cell that I have used on this unit. My local Pool company does not service this unit as I have email and called them. I called Hayward and they were not very helpful, as they said call your local pool store.
