Since 2018, Egypt’s New Capital CBD Project, constructed by @CSCEC Egypt, has made significant progress through joint efforts. At present, the Iconic Tower, ten high-rise office buildings, three high-rise residential buildings, and part of the Crescent Tower have achieved the main structural topping-out. Besides, the curtain wall installation of the Iconic Tower, which is known as the “Tallest Building in Africa", is about to be completed.

Under the cooperation with over 300 companies in Egypt, the project created more than 30,000 job positions. Upholding the concept of co-construction, sharing and win-win, CSCEC applied the strength of supply chains, and actively shared engineering techs and technical outcomes.
