Incredible footage !!! Birmingham airport

In this particular video the separation distance between a Flybe Embraer 195 taking off and a Ryanair Boeing 737 landing was quite close, though I understand still within allowable limits
According to an air traffic control planes can use the same runway if the departing plane is airborne before the arriving plane touches down
