She also said that there are times when she cries herself “to sleep at night,” as she sometimes feels “lonely.” "I had really dark nights where I was in random cities and hysterically crying myself to sleep because I hadn't been home in three months and I was pretty much alone all the time," she explained.
"There were a lot of specific moments where I was like, 'What's going on? Is this all worth it?'" Kendall said. This is not the first time she has spoken out about mental health, as she previously revealed that she has dealt with this issue. With anxiety in the past.
"In my career now, I feel really stable and hopeful. But I've had a difficult couple of months. I haven't been myself, and my friends see that. I'm sadder than usual. I'm much more so." “Anxious than usual,” she told Vogue in 2021.
