Tropical Storms Marco and Laura are both moving towards a Gulf coast landfall. Both systems could affect the Texas and Louisiana coastlines. Early Monday, the new update showed Houston was back in the forecast cone for Laura. Late Sunday, Marco was downgraded from hurricane status back to a tropical storm.
