SCP-323 is the skull of an unidentified cervid, measuring 55 cm in length, 27 cm in width, and 31 cm in height. The skull features a pair of antlers measuring 35 cm in height and 46 cm in length from tip to tip. The object displays signs of damage consistent with exposure to the elements, with perforations, scars, and weathering throughout. A missing lower jaw and an egg-shaped cavity measuring 25 cm in height and 23 cm in width on the back of the skull, which is suspected to be of human origin, are also notable.
