A bit of an improvement here. Better coordination, better Quick Draws, and I remembered to use Subtle Sorcery for the final push.
Notes: Don't MB helix on Gartell. He will reflect debuffs onto your tank when fetters are up, and your tank can't survive a 9,999 dmg/toc helix. Play close attention to his hands and TP move animations to spot mode changes. Call them out to your party so your SCH can change SC/weather.
Two biggest improvements for future fights:
1) As BLM, I should've called for Sandstorm II after mode change. I was MBing in weather belt with ice weather up for 75% of the fight.
2) A GEO with a tip-top MB set can contribute significantly to the damage output. Nuke wall will be an issue when Rakye/Gambit/Subtle Sorcery are not up, but your base damage can get high enough before applying dmg cap that you'll all contribute 30k+ per MB. 30k MB x4 (BLM, SCH x2, GEO) is greater than a 99,999 MB x1.
