This is video #033 in my playthrough of Final Fantasy IV for the PC.

Previously, the party began exploring the Lunar Subterrane, the final dungeon of the game. They explored floors B1 - B3. Now, they will continue exploring the Subterrane.
Lunar Surface:
The party resumes outside the Crystal Palace on the Lunar Surface. Kain learns and equips two of Yang's augments: Kick and Focus. Cecil equips Rosa's Love and Safe Travel.
The party enters the Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace (time 1:29):
On 2F of the Crystal Palace, the party uses the teleporter to enter the Lunar Subterrane.
Lunar Subterrane (time 2:15):
The party starts on floor B1. They head south and go downstairs to floor B2.
On floor B2, the party heads around south, east, north, and west. They take the stairway down to floor B3.
On floor B3, the party heads directly south. They go downstairs to floor B4.
The party arrives in the northwest of floor B4 on the zone's top level. This is where they left off last time, so Cecil unequips Safe Travel, and the party continues exploring.
In the northeast, past the stairway leading down to the zone's middle level, the party finds a chest containing a quiver of Artemis Arrows.
Kain reaches Level 68.
In the west of the middle level, the party takes a door to a small room. The chest in this room contains an Elixir.
Rosa reaches Level 71. Edge reaches Level 69.
The stairway in the east of B4 leads down to the lowest level of the zone. The door in the southeast leads to a connecting passage that has already been mapped out. There are two chests.
The chest in the northeast contains a White Fang.
Rydia reaches Level 71.
The chest in the west of B4's connecting passage contains an X-Potion.
The western door leads to the southwest ledge on floor B4.
A chest in the southwest of B4 contains a Stardust Rod guarded by a Behemoth. Also found in the Lair of the Father as a miniboss, the Behemoth is still a dangerous foe.
Cecil reaches Level 72.
For completing the Lunar Subterrane B4 map, the party earns 3 Dry Ethers.
The party takes the stairway down to B5. They start in the northwest on the top level of the zone.
In the northwest, a chest contains a Crystal Shield guarded by two Blue Dragons. The Crystal set is excellent for Cecil. He equips the Crystal Shield right away.
Kain reaches Level 69.
The northwest door leads to a connecting passage. Hidden paths connect the three sections of this area. A chest in the north-central section contains a Protect Ring. Rosa equips this right away.
The party takes the southeast exit to the upper middle level of B5. A chest to the northeast contains a Crystal Mail guarded by a Behemoth.
Edge reaches Level 70.
Cecil equips the Crystal Mail after the battle. He transfers the Dragon Helm to Kain.
Rosa reaches Level 72.
Back in the connecting passage, the party takes the eastern stairway. It leads down to the lower middle level of B5.
To the east, a chest contains a set of Crystal Gloves guarded by a Red Dragon. Red Dragons are very dangerous as they like to roast the party with Thermal Rays. Edge is especially vulnerable iwth his low Magic Defense. However, the party can cast Berserk on the Red Dragon to remove this threat! Of course, the Red Dragon has very high attack power, but Cecil can handle it if he is guarding or has Blink up. The Red Dragon is weak to ice-elemental attacks, so use this to your advantage.
Rydia reaches Level 72.
Cecil will save the Crystal Gloves for later.
To the west, the party takes a door to another connecting passage.
Cecil reaches Level 73.
In the southwest of the connecting passage, a chest contains a White Robe. Rosa equips this for a nice Spirit boost.
Kain reaches Level 70.
The exit in the middle of the connecting passage leads to the lowest level of B5 in the southwest.
In the northwest of the lowest level of B5, a chest contains a Crystal Helm guarded by a Dinozombie. Not especially threatening. Cecil equips the Crystal Helm after the battle.
In the east of the lowest level, the party takes a door to a side room. The chest in this room contains a Red Fang. This room is notable because the party can use a Siren here to summon Flan Princesses. They drop a Pink Tail to trade to the gnome in the Adamant Isle Grotto for Adamant Armor. Heck yeah! However, the Flan Princesses are annoying because they can put Berserk on the party. However, Cecil's Crystal gear makes him immune to Berserk. The party will deal with the Flan Princesses later.
The description is continued in the comments.
