French Fries:
4-5 Russet potatoes, peeled or unpeeled cut into French fries
Vegetable oil, sunflower oil, corn oil for frying
1-2 Tbsp salt
Gravy: (gravy recipe from:[ Ссылка ])
6 Tbsp (90g) unsalted butter
¼ cup (32g) all purpose flour
4 cups (1 litre) (960ml) beef stock
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt + more to taste
½ tsp black pepper + more to taste
3 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water
& of course
