This project prepares Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services for the future and next level digitalization projects such as electronic batch reports and other ideas they are exploring.

Benefits:

- increased #processcontrol and #processsafety of chemical

batch processing and wet cake drying operations.

- Increased process control results in a higher right first time.

This allows Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services to improve further

the quality guarantees to their customers, as well as to avoid

unplanned downtime in their own operations.

- traceability of all unit operations as well as bring automation

human interfaces inside the installations. This in combination

with data analytics to further optimize processes and deviation

analysis.
