Disturbing video shows a group of people in North Carolina pulling two bear cubs out of a tree near an apartment complex to take pictures with them. One of the bear cubs was found cold and wet and had to be brought in for rehabilitation before it could be released back into the wild. The Wildlife Resources Commission reminded people that they should never touch wild animals. #shorts
