I recently got a full bike fit which improved my position on the bike massively. But as well as the position change there were also7 things that I learned along the way, which I explain in this video.
As Romain (from getabikefit.com) explained to me, "Bike fit is a process, not an event", so I want to document that process so you guys and girls can see what happens after a bike fit and how much difference a bike fit can make.
