We were already planning to move to Ireland for a few months when I (Melissa) came across an article about Icelandair's stopover option. In it, I learned that if you book a transatlantic flight to your destination with Icelandair, you can stay in Iceland for one to seven days without paying extra airfare. It's like an extended layover. You do get all of your luggage between flights.

Iceland has been on our travel wish list since 2019, when everyone seemed to be talking about it. Chris looked into the details and booked our flights. We wanted to test as much as we could into 3-days, so we've broken our trip into three parts.

This video is all about day number three – the day filled with far more danger than the other two. On our agenda: The South Coast, followed by dinner at Ban Thai. Here are all of the details on where we went and what we did:
