oday we’re going over how to make your trap training more efficient and effective, let’s get after it!
The idea is that you can take the warm-up sets you “waste” during back day and turn them into incredible trap exercises. This can be done for the middle as well as the lower traps. You’ll still need to do some specific exercises for those upper traps unless.. you deadlift because those will get the job done. Now not only are you getting in more exercises for your trapezius but you’re saving time that will ultimately allow you to get more sets in for the rest of your back.
