Happy New Year! Let's have a blast with this year, and who would know how to do that better than Blast Man, himself?!

Blast Man is a pyrotechnician robot made by the B.B Bomb Company. Uses his bombastic skills to create explosive special effects for theme parks and movie studios. Right before his checkup with Dr. Light, and the Dr. Wily capture of him, Blast Man was working on an explosion-themed attraction in an amusement park called Flower Land. This is where his stage takes place in.

The main gimmick of this stage is that you have to clear the way with the bombs you can set off here. But be careful as they can hurt you, or lead you into things that can. The enemies here also take advantage of this.

When you meet the Bakugo- or Deidara-esque Robot Master himself, he will sometimes remind you that EXPLOSION... IS ART! What better way to spice his Chain Blast up even further than with the use of the Power Gear?

His weakness is the fiery awesomeness of Torch Man's Blazing Torch, likely because that fire can set bombs off sooner than intended for Blast Man. You can even use Blazing Torch to set off the bomb gimmicks in this stage by yourself if you want!

Defeat Blast Man, and his Chain Blast is yours! You're better off only using its Power Gear version to save you the time and trouble of lining up four smaller bombs to get the same result as a Power Gear bomb.
